1. Who we are
FertiNutrition is built by Lionel and Dorothy, a small two-person operation based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You can contact us at info@fertinutrition.com.
2. Not medical advice
FertiNutrition provides nutrition organization, meal ideas, food tracking, and cycle-aware planning tools. It is not medical advice, is not a medical device, and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a doctor, registered dietitian, fertility specialist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
We are not doctors or registered dietitians and we do not make medical claims. Decisions about fertility, nutrition, supplements, medication, exercise, pregnancy, or medical care should be made with qualified professionals who understand your personal situation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FertiNutrition. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Please tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
5. Subscriptions and payments
FertiNutrition may offer a 3-day free trial on the monthly plan and a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. There is no charge during the applicable trial period. After the trial, the app renews automatically through your Apple ID based on the plan you chose: €11.99/month for the monthly plan or €69.99/year for the annual plan.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings. Cancel before the applicable trial ends to avoid being charged. We do not offer a lifetime tier.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:
- breaking the law or violating another person's rights;
- attempting to access systems or data without permission;
- interfering with the security or operation of the Services;
- copying, scraping, or reselling substantial parts of the app;
- using the Services to provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
7. Intellectual property
The FertiNutrition name, design, app, website, content, recipes, text, structure, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
8. Your content and data
Information you enter into FertiNutrition remains yours. You give us a limited licence to use, process, store, and display that information only as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
FertiNutrition may rely on third-party services, including Apple for distribution and payments, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Google Cloud AI for image analysis features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
10. Provided “as is”
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim to build carefully, but we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every personal situation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory EU or Dutch consumer protection law.
12. Termination
You may stop using FertiNutrition at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Services, other users, or legal obligations.
13. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Where legally permitted, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
